Peach girl is about a high school girl called Momo Adachi. As she was a former member of the swim team, Momo tans easily and her hair is bleached out; and she is stereotyped by her classmates, and is forced to endure rumors about being a playgirl. Her only friend is Sae, Who actually spreads put the rumors about her, and always copys Momo. Momo is in love with Toji, another student, but once Sae learns this, she also sets her sights set on him. The drama gets even better when Kairi Okayasu introduces himself - He declares shortly after introducing himself that he loves Momo, and he reveals that Momo had saved him from drowning the summer before high school started.
the drama gets even better when Sae tries to make Momo miserable by spreading rumors about Momo and Kairi making out. When Toji is in the hospital due to an accident, Sae convinces Toji to break up with Momo. They get back together later, but Sae meddles again, ending in Touji eventually breaking up with her again, and Momo instead starts to date Kairi, and soon begins to fall in love with him. But the real reason for Touji breaking up with her is because Sae meddled again, and touji broke up with her in order to protect her.
This anime is DEFINITELY a drama, and if you cant handle one character tricking another character and basically getting on your nerves, you might wanna leave this anime alone. However, this anime's romance is great, if our into that kind of thing. This anime IS a comedy as well, so thats great. Concerning ratings, i'd give it a 5, because the plot, characters and everything else was amazing.
