Koizumi Risa-- a girl that is slightly taller than the average girl
Atushi Otani-- a guy that very short
They soon meet and become what seems to be comedy partners, nicknamed by their homeroom sensei "All Hanshin Kyojin". Later, Risa realizes she loves Otani, and with the help of Nobuko (called Nobu-chan by everyone but her Grandmother and mother), Nakao (Nicknamed Nakao-chi and is Nobu-chans boyfriend) Chiharu and Chiharus Boyfriend Suzuki, they try to get Otani to realize that Risa likes him. Despite the number of times Risa confesses to him, he dismisses it as her liking him as a friend. Eventually he finds out, and later they start dating.
The jokes in the anime as well as the drama and sadness makes you want to cry, laugh, and you'll always want to watch the next episode.
I would give this anime a 5/5 rating, and i would watch it 10 times over, because the plot never really gets old.
